Souvenir Prospectus
The souvenir will contain a selection of articles from some of the finest pens in the business - originals, reprints, essays and columns. There will be features and editorials, nominations to the country's first food writer’s and best food magazine awards. It will be a top-of-the-line production, a full colour glossy. A projected print-run of 15000 copies will be circulated to 72 member countries of the World Association of Chefs Societies and among all the member associations of IFCA.

Thought for Food, a souvenir, will be published by IFCA as part of the delegate kit as well as for circulation to the members of IFCA and to all the registered associates of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) in 72 countries.
The second volume of the proposed biannual publication, published along with the culinary Congress , is a time for reflection, taking stock and going forward.
It will contain all you desire, choice articles, the winners in the professions and the latest trends in the industry which will translate into multiple flashpoints for your brand.

All artworks should be sent in .eps format with all fonts curved and document resolution set at 300 dpi in the CMYK colour space, compatible with Adobe Illustrator, Version 8 - 10 or CorelDraw Version 9 - 11. The pictures and graphic elements should be embedded and the material should come in as a single, composite file without link elements or folders. A printed proof should accompany the CD, which must be burnt to be compatible with both Macintosh and Windows.
The material deadline for the artwork is: 1st November, 2009
